KONSEP KEPASTIAN HUKUM DALAM KEPEMILIKAN SATUAN RUMAH SUSUN BAGI KONSUMEN

Abstract


One alternative that is ideal for the government in providing shelter for the residents of big cities in Indonesia to solve the problem of housing and housing need in congested locations, especially in urban areas is the provision of flats. Many flats sticking problems on the surface. Problems in this article how the concept of legal certainty in the possession of the apartment units and how the concept of legal certainty in the possession of the apartment units can provide legal protection to consumers. The concept of the rule of law to protect the consumer in possession of the apartment units not only in the aspect of a certificate on apartment units for the owner alone but includes the first, aspect of licensing, which is the starting point. Second, aspects of land tenure, a decision point. Thirdly, the aspects of land certification , is a point product. After all the requirements are met then carried issuance of ownership certificate apartment units. When all three aspects above are met then there is legal certainty and consequently the consumer as the owner of the apartment units receive legal protection.
