HAK UNTUK HIDUP DALAM PERSPEKTIF HAK ASASI MANUSIA

Abstract


Human rights arefitndatnental rights that are naturaly inherent in human beings, are universal and lasling. Therefore it must be protected, respected, maintained, and should not be ignored, reduced or taken away by anyone. The right to life and safety mentioned in article 3 of the UDHR, that everyone is entitled to free life liberty and security (safety) as individuals. The law of 1945, human right can not be reduced under any circumstances, be regulated in article 28 I paragraph 1 which states that the right to life, the right not to be tortured, freedom of thought and conscience, fteedom on religion, fteedom from enslavement, recognition as a person before the law, and the right not to be prosecuted based on retroactive laws. Transplantation of human organs is of interest to people who can not be separated from the issue of rights, including the right to life and right to health. The Law 23 of 1992, concening health have the purpose of protecting the dignity of the human (patient) of the possibility of actions that are in violation of the law and a code of conduct carried out by doctors andparamedics.
