The aim of this research is to determine the friendliness of the dogol type of fishing gear and to find out fisheries improvement strategies from the technical aspects of using the dogol type of fishing gear. The research method used is a descriptive survey type method with sampling using a purposive sampling technique, meaning sampling using certain criteria. The samples used were 40 fishermen at TPI Kumai. PADA ALAT TANGKAP PANCING ULUR (HANDLINE) DI PERAIRAN TELUK PRIGI, KABUPATEN TRENGGALEK https://ejournal.unitomo.ac.id/index.php/agropro/article/view/9131 <p><em>Handline fishing is a fishing tool that in its operations seeks fish with high economic value, one of which is the seatail fish (Trichiurus lepturus). The right bait is one of the factors in maximizing catch results. Fishermen in Prigi, Trenggalek Regency generally use several types of bait such as flying fish and tembang fish. These differences in bait are the background for this research to find out which fish bait has the highest catch compared to other baits. This research was conducted in June elementary school. July 2024 by collecting data on the catches of Prigi fishermen using an experimental method with 16 samples taken for each bait at the same location at different times. Data will be analyzed using the independent sample t-test. Pukat cincin (purse seine) pelagis kecil merupakan alat tangkap yang bekerja dengan cara menghalangi, membatasi dan mempersempit pergerakan ikan-ikan pelagis kecil yang bergerombol dan hidup di dekat permukaan air, sehingga ikan-ikan tersebut tidak dapat lolos. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui produktivitas kapal Purse Seine pelagis kecil berdasarkan jumlah ukuran kapal (GT) di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Nizam Zachman tahun 2023. Metode deskriptif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah produktivitas berdasarkan ukuran. Jumlah kapal (GT) pada tahun 2023. Hasil analisis produktivitas kapal Purse Seine (GT) Pelagis Kecil ukuran 71 – 100 GT yang mendaratkan hasil tangkapannya di Pelabuhan Perikanan Laut Nizam Zachman pada tahun 2023 terdapat 5 (lima) kapal yang mempunyai nilai produktivitas lebih tinggi yaitu sebesar 1,35 ton, diantaranya adalah Kapal Yuiee Jaya dengan berat 1,73 ton dengan berat 71 GT, Kapal Bintang Saudara – I dengan berat 4,38 ton dengan berat 89 GT, Kapal Nusantara Indah – VII dengan berat 2,51 ton dengan berat 94 GT, Kapal Superior Jaya dengan berat 1,61 ton dengan berat 98 GT dan Kapal Haiteri Jaya Utama dengan berat 2,79 ton dengan berat 98 GT. Research problem: how much revenue is obtained in one cycle of the tilapia rearing business?, what is the cost structure?, how much income is obtained? and Is the tilapia rearing business worth pursuing? Research objective: to determine the feasibility of tilapia rearing business, the cost structure of revenue and the income obtained. The place of research was carried out at POKMAS Kemiri Sahaja in Kemiri Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency. The method used is a survey method. </em><em>Conclusion: the revenue obtained was IDR. 27,000,000, cost structure is seeds, feed, daily labor, fish health, electricity and other costs totaling Rp. 7,500,000, income amount Rp. 19,500,000, R/C ratio analysis is 3.60 percent, so it is worth pursuing. Four feeding frequency treatments—two, three, four, and five times per day—with six replications were employed in this study's experimental methodology, which had a completely randomized design (CRD). Water quality, feed efficiency, growth rate, and survival were among the parameters that were measured. In comparison to other treatments, the frequency of feeding twice a day produced the maximum feed efficiency and absolute weight increase, according to the results. In contrast, the growth rate and feed efficiency were lowest when feeding three times a day. The twice-daily therapy had the best survival rate, with fish survival ranging from 87 to 95%. Throughout the trial, the water quality stayed within the ideal range for raising tilapia.
