Pengaruh pendidikan, senioritas, workplace bullying pada kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to analyze the education, the seniority and the workplace bullying on the performance of employees of PT. Grasika Karya Prima Surabaya. The method in this study is quantitative method.with primary data source and questionnaire instrument. The population in this study were 32 employees. The sample technique used is saturation sampling. The analysis tool is validity test, reability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, correlation test, multiple linier regression, f test, t test, and coefficient of determination R . The result of statistical analysis explain (1) that simultaneously education, seniority and workplace bullying influences performances of employees PT. Grasika Karya Prima. Indicated by a calculated F value > F table. (2) the education positive influences perfomance’s employees, indicated by a calculated t value > t table and correlation coefficient of 14.1%. The seniority not influences perfomance’s employees indicated by a calculated t value ≤ t table and correlation coefficient of 1.5%.%. The workplace bullying not influences perfomance’s employees indicated by a calculated t value ≤ t table and correlation coefficient of 2.9%.
