Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and work motivation to the performance of employees of PT. Integriya Dekorindo (Thema home) East Java in Sidorajo. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research is all employees of PT Integriya Dekorindo (Thema Home) Jawa Timur branch in Surabaya with a sample of 40 people. Sampling is done using simple random non sampling technique. Data collection techniques are done with the questionnaire. Data analysis is done by multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the style of leadership, work discipline, and work motivation in a partial and simultaneous effect were significant to the performance of employees of PT. Integriya Dekorindo (Thema home) East Java in Sidoarjo. Work motivation gives the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Integriya Dekorindo (Thema home) East Java in Sidorajo.
