Gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja: pengaruh pada kinerja guru smp

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 19 Surabaya, either simultaneously or partially. The number of samples used was 56 respondents. The analytical tool uses a questionnaire, assesses data in the form of validity, reliability, classical assumptions (multicollinearity, normality, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation), multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. The results showed that the variables of leadership style, motivation and work discipline partially on the performance of SMP Negeri 19 Surabaya were due to the t count> t table and the significant level was more than 0.05. With leadership style as the more dominant variable, where the value of the regression coefficient is the greatest, namely 5.026. Then, after a simultaneous test, it shows that the variables of leadership style, quality of motivation and work simultaneously influence the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 19 Surabaya, this is because the table F results in a value of 2.78 in Ftable. This value explains that the value of Fcount> Ftable is 75.302> 2.78, so it can state that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means "leadership style, motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 19 Surabaya".
