Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Training, Motivation, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of Technicians at Yamaha Surya Inti Putra in Surabaya.This research uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire instrumen. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling with a population of 50 technicians employees. Analysis tools used include tabulation of the questionnaire, data collection in the form of a validity test and a reliability test. To partially hypothesis, the analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS v.3.2.6 software. Whereas for simultaneous hypothesis testing, the analytical used is SPSS version 21.The results of data analysis showed that training, motivation, and organizational culture simultaneously had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Training has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. While the organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Training has a dominant effect on employee performance.
