Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of personal selling, location and process on the decision to save at Bank Mandiri, Surabaya Red Bridge branch. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 100 respondents who are customers who are transacting at Bank Mandiri, Jembatan Merah Surabaya Branch. The method of data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale as a measure. This study uses multiple regression analysis as a data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that personal selling, location and process simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on saving decisions.
