It is determined if the research instrument has passed the validity and reliability tests. This method is used to collect information from respondents, or active social media users of Generation Z who have not had time to buy Indomie instant noodle products as the subject of research evaluated as many as ninety respondents. Cross-sectional or one- shot research is the information collection procedure used. Multiple linear regression information analysis was conducted using the Sobel test and SPSS type 22 equipment. The four research hypotheses that have been put forward have empirical support. The results show that brand image can act as a mediating aspect in the bond between electronic word-of-mouth and purchase intention. Meanwhile, more scholars may advocate the use of alternative inspirations that directly influence purchase intention. Managers of comparable e-commerce businesses can also benefit from the findings of this research in terms of enhancing relevant strategies to improve the quality of this characteristic.
Reykhan Ikhsan Suryaman SuryamanElis Dwiana Ratnamurni

https://ejournal.unitomo.ac.id/index.php/feb/article/view/9112

The research aimed to examine the effects of customer reviews, price cuts, service quality, and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying behavior in e-commerce environments. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was employed, using databases like Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar to identify relevant studies. The methodology involved refining search strategies, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, and screening studies using a PRISMA flowchart, which reduced 2471 initial records to 13 final studies for analysis. The results revealed that positive customer reviews act as social proof, enhancing trust and triggering impulsive purchases. Price cuts create urgency, which, when combined with positive reviews, further enhances perceived product value and impulsive buying. High-quality service contributes to consumer satisfaction, reducing perceived risks and encouraging spontaneous purchases. Shopping lifestyle, particularly among hedonic consumers, amplifies these effects, with digital natives being especially prone to impulsive behavior due to their convenience-driven and tech-savvy tendencies. The study concluded that customer reviews, price cuts, service quality, and shopping lifestyle interact synergistically, shaping consumer impulse buying behavior, with implications for e-commerce strategies aimed at increasing sales through these factors.
Syaiful AmriSyaifuddinSalman FarisSofiyan

2024-10-052024-10-051429611310.25139/sng.v14i2.9112CORRELATIVE EFFECTS OF MUTATION, PROMOTION, AND ROLE CONFLICT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
https://ejournal.unitomo.ac.id/index.php/feb/article/view/8926

This study investigates the correlative effects of mutation, promotion, and role conflict on employee performance within organizational contexts. Drawing from a systematic literature review (SLR) covering research published between 2018 and 2024, the study synthesizes findings from 52 peer-reviewed articles. It explores how organizational mutations—defined as significant changes in an employee's role or responsibilities—along with promotions, influence employee performance, particularly when these factors induce role conflicts. The study highlights that while mutations can drive innovation and skill development, they also introduce uncertainty and stress, potentially reducing job satisfaction and productivity. Similarly, promotions are generally associated with increased motivation and performance but may exacerbate role conflicts, leading to decreased morale if not managed effectively. The interplay between these variables suggests that organizations must carefully balance change management, promotion strategies, and role clarity to optimize employee outcomes. The study concludes by identifying significant gaps in the literature, particularly the need for more integrated and longitudinal research to better understand these dynamics over time and across diverse organizational settings. The findings offer theoretical and practical insights, emphasizing the importance of transparent communication and support mechanisms to mitigate the adverse effects of role conflicts on employee performance
Sri Mulyani
