And the availability of land in the city of Surabaya is getting less and less, this is the reason why building in the city of Surabaya is built multi-story as an example in the construction of the Royal Surabaya Hospital. The construction project of the Royal Surabaya Hospital building has a building area of ±1,920 m2, consisting of 6 floors and 1 roof. In this project, it was previously designed with a reinforced concrete structure and then redesigned using a WF steel structure. In the preparation of this final project, reviewing alternative steel structure designs using seismic provisions for steel buildings SNI 7860: 2020 and calculation of deviations using Autodesk Robot structure analysis with loading referring to SNI 1726: 2019. For design purposes, a nominal load should be taken based on the load set by the loading planning guidelines for houses and buildings PPIUG 1987. Based on the results of an alternative study of the structural design of Royal Surabaya Hospital using a profile steel structure, it can be concluded as follows: From the calculation of the material price of the steel beam-column structure of Rp.7,307,850,000 and the volume of the material price of the existing concrete beam-column structure rp.8,332,012,800, it can be concluded that the steel structure is more economical than the existing concrete structure with a price difference of Rp.651,500,000 and a percentage of 8%.</p> Rian Rivaldo Markus, Bantot Sutrisno Copyright (c) 2023 Rian Rivaldo Markus Thu, 30 Mar 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Pengaruh Jenis Tanah Terhadap Simpangan Lateral Gedung Beton Bertulang <p>As has happened in various cases of earthquakes, the impact caused by each earthquake event varies, because the earthquake shaking that occurs on the ground is not only influenced by the distance and strength of the earthquake, but also by local soil conditions which are related to the amplification phenomenon. earthquake waves are influenced by the type and thickness of the soil/sediment layer above the bedrock. Reinforced concrete storey buildings are designed to withstand both vertical and horizontal loads. The taller the building, the greater the lateral load that will be received by the building structure. In the design of earthquake-resistant structures, the inelastic behavior of the structure is highly expected for the occurrence of earthquake energy dispersion during both moderate and strong earthquakes. In earthquake-prone countries such as Indonesia, it is required to comply with applicable national standards and the structure can still function and be safe from earthquakes affected by the earthquake. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the type of soil has on the lateral displacement of a 10-story reinforced concrete building using shear walls in accordance with earthquake building regulations (SNI 1726, 2019) and loading (SNI 1727, 2020). The results obtained that soft soil types have the largest deviation value with a value of 91,831 mm and hard rock soil types have the smallest deviation value with a value of 44,114 mm.</p> Dermawan Zebua, Leonardus Setia Budi Wibowo Copyright (c) 2023 Dermawan Zebua Thu, 30 Mar 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Analisis Kebutuhan Luas Apron dan Terminal Penumpang Bandara Internasional Lombok untuk Menunjang Kegiatan Pariwisata serta Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) <p>This study discusses the needs of passenger terminals and aprons at Lombok International Airport in the next 10 years, namely 2032 taking into account the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic with the aim of predicting the needs of passenger terminals and aprons of Lombok International Airport with the potential for tourism and Special Economic Zones. One of the sectors affected by the Covid-19 outbreak is rail transportation. The existence of the Covid-19 virus has resulted in a decrease in the number of train passengers at Gubeng Station. One of the trains that is ready to be operated again by implementing the Covid-19 prevention protocol in the implementation of the New Normal is the Bima Executive Train.&nbsp; Bima Executive Train is an executive class train with a relation of Surabaya Gubeng Station - Gambir Station. In this study, an analysis will be carried out using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. This research is a type of descriptive-quantitative research. The population of this study was passengers who used the services of the Bima Executive Train at Gubeng Station. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, the value of the level of conformity between the performance value and expectations at the time of the implementation of the New Normal at Gubeng Station and at the Bima Executive Train was as follows: at Gubeng Station, the largest level of conformity value was 97.56%, namely speed and accuracy in the train departure schedule. Meanwhile, in the Bima Executive Railway, the largest level of conformity value is 98.19%, namely the accuracy of officers in providing information related to train travel disturbances. The average value of the service attributes that describe the level of passenger satisfaction at Gubeng Station, in general reflects the level of satisfaction or excellent quality of service. This is evident from the 25 service attributes that have a value of 4.09, namely "satisfactory". Meanwhile, in the Bima Executive Train, in general, it reflects a very good level of satisfaction or quality of service. This is evident from the 20 service attributes that have a value of 4.14, namely "satisfactory".</p> Aulia Syavila, Nugroho Utomo Copyright (c) 2023 Aulia Syavila, Nugroho Utomo Thu, 30 Mar 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Studi Pemilihan Moda Transportasi Kereta Api Ekonomi Lokal Kertosono Dan Kereta Api Dhoho (Rute Surabaya – Kertosono) <p><em>In Indonesia, services in the transportation sector are one of the things that must be considered. Transportation services and regulations will change over time. One example of proof of service changes, especially in this pandemic era, can be shown by PT. Indonesian Railways, which has implemented all trains using AC facilities, has restricted visitors from entering stations, implemented health protocols, and brought order to street vendors. From these changes, each mode of transportation, especially the local Economy Train Kertosono and Dhoho Train, has different characteristics in terms of travel time, fares, departure times, and others. Travelers will always have their own choice of transportation mode. To find out the probability value of the selected transportation mode, it is necessary to conduct a survey of the factors that will be reviewed by travelers who use the Kertosono Local Economy Railway and Dhoho Railway to Surabaya – Kertosono transportation modes by distributing questionnaires and using the Stated Preference method. </em></p> <p><em>Based on the results of research regarding the selection of transportation modes between the Kertosono Local Economy Train and the Dhoho Train which were analyzed using the Microsoft Excel program, significant results were obtained on the magnitude of the probability value of choosing a mode of transportation based on the difference in ticket prices of Rp. 2,000,- then the probability value of PKAD is 0.63 and the probability value of PKAE is 0.37. While the value of the probability of choosing a transportation mode based on the difference in travel time is -7, the probability value of PKAD is 0.65 and the probability value of PKAE is 0.35.</em></p> Leny Jely Anggraini, Nugroho Utomo Copyright (c) 2023 LENY JELY ANGGRAINI, NUGROHO UTOMO Thu, 30 Mar 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Perbandingan Karakteristik Marshall Aspal Karet (Natural Rubber Modified Asphalt) Dan Aspal Penetrasi 60/70 Pada Campuran Asphalt Concrete - Wearing Course (AC-WC) Menggunakan Aggregat Lokal Madura <p>Road damage in Indonesia is generally caused by excessive loading. One type of hot asphalt that receives the load directly from the vehicle is AC-WC (Asphalt Concrete - Wearing Course), ACWC. to hot mix asphalt and to reduce production costs and asphalt layer strength. natural rubber asphalt mixture for road asphalt can increase asphalt pavement in terms of service life and resistance to grooves, asphalt has a better pavement level, is not easy to leave wheel tracks when asphalt is wet, and has higher durability than ordinary asphalt. This will determine the longevity of the pavement. Based on this explanation, the use of local materials is expected to reduce production costs and reduce the traffic load of the road network that has been passed to transport materials from outside the island of Madura. In this further research, we will study the comparison of the use of Natural Rubber Modified Asphalt and 60/70 penetration asphalt using Madura local aggregates against the AC-WC hot asphalt mixture, which is expected to produce hot asphalt mixtures made from local and natural materials so that they have strength. the good one. From the test results on all types of mixtures, the optimal mixture was obtained at 4.9% asphalt content with the highest stability value of 1040 kg with a VIM value of 4.43%, VMA 15.91%, VFB 72.12%, MQ 300Kg/mm, and the density value is 2.252 gr/cc.</p> Taurina Jemmy Irwanto, Nurul Lia Suryani, Sendika Renaldi Copyright (c) 2023 Taurina Jemmy Irwanto Thu, 30 Mar 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Analisis Consumable Dan Biaya “Manual Cutting Oxy-Lpg” Pelat Kapal Dengan Variasi Posisi Pemotongan <p>Manual Cutting is part of the process in ship building and ship repair. Oxy-LPG gas is widely used in the process of cutting plates with manually or automatically method. In the process cutting of plates in ship repair, the cutting position are Down Hand, Vertical and Overhead in cause the gas consumable and cutting duration proces are still not widely known numerically. In improving the data, a survey and initial study are needed as a support, so to obtain standard data for manual plate cutting numerically, plate cutting experiments are carried out in several variations in position and plate thickness variations. The results of the equation in manual plate cutting Downhand obtained Y=43,667x-43 (Duration), Y=0.0875x-0.2833 (O2) and Y=0.051x-0.0922 (Lpg). Vertical Y=34,667x-9,333 (Duration), Y=0,1042x-0.3778 (O2) and Y=0,0608x+0,1033 (Lpg) while Overhead Y=33.667x+28,111 (Duration), 0, 0792x+0.0922 (O2) and Y=0.1008x-0.2433 (Lpg). For the cost analysis, it was found that the cost increase was 8.49% based on the function of the increase in plate thickness. If it is based on the position function, the average cost increase is 10.55%.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> Bagus Aditya, Tri Agung Kristiyono, Intan Baroroh Copyright (c) 2023 Bagus Aditya, Tri Agung Kristiyono, Intan Baroroh Thu, 30 Mar 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Analisis NRW pada Perumda Air Minum Tirta Mangutama Kabupaten Badung <p>The percentage of Non-Revenue Water (NRW) at PAM Tirta Mangutama from 2016–2021 is far above the maximum tolerance of 20% and even tends to increase every year. The increasing percentage of NRW causes the performance of PAM Tirta Mangutama to decline. The increase in the percentage of NRW causes a decrease in water pressure at the customer, discontinuity of service to customers, low service coverage, and lower income for PAM Tirta Mangutama. For this reason, research was carried out using the administrative product compilation method and descriptive analysis was carried out. The study was carried out in order to identify the causes of the high percentage of NRW and to provide recommendations for policies and appropriate strategies for PAM Tirta Mangutama Badung Regency in order to control the high level of water loss. In 2020 and 2021, the cost of water with real NRW will be higher than the cost of water in effect at that time, so that in 2020 and 2021 PAM Tirta Mangutama cannot meet the full cost (unfull cost recovery). Based on the water balance in 2021, non-physical and physical water losses are far greater than water losses based on unbilled official consumption. Efforts to suppress the high percentage of NRW require strategic steps that are grouped into 3 programs, namely: short-term, medium-term, and long-term programs.</p> I Wayan Adi Sudiatmika Copyright (c) 2023 I Wayan Adi Sudiatmika Thu, 30 Mar 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Pemanfaatan Limbah Pecahan Keramik Dan Kapur Sebagai Bahan Pengganti Sebagian Semen Pada Produksi Paving Blok Ditinjau Dari Nilai Kuat Tekan Dan Penyerapan Air <p>Along with the rapid development of neighborhood and residential roads in Pamekasan, it has an impact on increasing the use of paving bloks for roads and residential yards. With the large number of needs, it has an impact on the need for paving blok materials, namely cement and aggregate, so a substitute material is needed to reduce dependence on the use of the main material. One of the substitute materials that can be used is the utilization of ceramic and lime waste which has not been used so far. The use of crushed ceramic shards and lime as a partial replacement of cement is expected to have an effect on the compressive strength of paving bloks. Utilization of ceramic and lime shard waste is expected to provide the latest innovations in the world of construction going forward. In this test, it is planned to pave a rectangular blok measuring 21x10.5x6 cm, and tested at the age of 7 days and 28 days on each variation of the mixture. %, and 25% replacement of cement with ceramics and lime. From the results of testing the chemical content of ceramics, it was found that the lime (CaO) content was 5.95% and the chemical content of the lime was found to have a lime (CaO) content of 50.84%. The results of the compressive test for each variation resulted in an increase in compressive strength from each variation. The greatest addition of compressive strength was found in the 20% variation with the resulting compressive strength of 30.35 Mpa at the age of 7 days, and 31.18 Mpa at the age of 28 days.</p> Aldi Setiawan, Mohammad Saifuddin, Ragil Arman Maulana Copyright (c) 2023 Aldi Setiawan Thu, 30 Mar 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Identifikasi Kecelakaan Kerja pada Pekerjaan Kolom Beton Pembangunan Rumah Tinggal 2 Lantai di Perumahan Surabaya. <p>The rate of population growth in the city of Surabaya, which decreased in 2022, does not reduce the number of people's need for property in the form of residential houses with freehold titles. This number of needs has increased and has an impact on the increase of residential construction projects in residential areas. All types of construction projects are not risk-free, each construction has its risks, especially in the Occupational Health and Safety aspect, which is often neglected in residential construction projects compared to high-rise building construction projects. This study aims to identify work accidents in two-story residential construction projects, especially in concrete column work where in research it is often stated that the work has a risk value that tends to be high compared to other activities. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods by conducting direct field observations, interviews, and also distributing questionnaires. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the type of work variable in the entire concrete column work that has the highest risk value compared to the others is casting and ironing work. Meanwhile, for the potential risk variable, which totaled 13, there are three potential risks with the highest risk values, namely: fine iron dust entering the eye, falling from a height when casting, and injuring the hand due to hammer blows. From the overall results of the analysis, concrete column work has an average risk value that is included in the medium category. Even though the risk level of column work in this two-story residential project is not as high as in a high-rise building construction project, it should be realized that the risk potential still exists even though it is classified as in the medium category so the Occupational Health and Safety aspect needs to be considered again.</p> Feriza Nadiar, Danayanti Azmi Dewi Nusantara, Puguh Novi Prasetyono Copyright (c) 2023 Feriza Nadiar Thu, 30 Mar 2023 00:00:00 +0700
