Komunikasi Publik Pemerintahan Dalam Penyusunan dan Implementasi Peta Jalan Revitalisasi SMK di Jawa Timur

Abstract

Presidential Instruction Number 9 of 2016 concerning Vocational High School Revitalization in order to improve the competitiveness of Indonesian human resources has become a reference for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology to implement vocational revitalization programs throughout Indonesia by considering regional potential, resources and real needs manpower to support economic development and regional development. The Presidential Instruction has been responded to by the East Java Provincial Government through Governor Regulation number 22 of 2017 concerning the acceleration of the revitalization of Vocational High Schools in East Java Province. This study aims to determine the organizational communication strategy of the East Java Provincial Government in compiling a Vocational High School Revitalization Roadmap that requires Regional Apparatus Cooperation, the Role and Participation of the Business and Industry World, suggestions and input from universities as well as harmonious Regency/City Government synergies.
