Resepsi Khalayak Perempuan terhadap Konten Edukasi Seksual oleh Key Opinion Leader


Abstract
Edukasi seksual di Indonesia masih dianggap tabu, hal ini menyebabkan adanya keterbatasan kaum muda, khususnya perempuan, untuk mengakses informasi seputar edukasi seksual. Hadirnya ruang digital memungkinkan para key opinion leader berperan aktif membagikan informasi seputar edukasi seksual dengan cara yang lebih informal melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerimaan perempuan muda terhadap konten-konten edukasi seksual yang disampaikan oleh key opinion leader, yang mana tak jarang berseberangan dengan konstruksi sosial-budaya di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis resepsi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara kepada tiga informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat makna yang polisemi. Sebagian besar informan menyetujui isi pesan yang mendobrak stigma masyarakat mengenai seksualitas perempuan. Meski begitu, peran key opinion leader dianggap belum sepenuhnya kredibel dalam menyampaikan edukasi seksual, sehingga dibutuhkan sosok yang lebih ahli dan sumber dari kanal-kanal lain sebagai pembanding informasi yang mereka terima.
