Quantitative research methods were used with stratified random sampling techniques to select representative BUMDes samples. The research instrument is a structured questionnaire that measures the level of financial literacy, financial planning and financial resilience of BUMDes. The results of data analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach show that there is a significant positive relationship between the level of financial literacy and financial planning on the financial resilience of BUMDes. The implications of this research provide an in-depth understanding of the importance of financial literacy and financial planning in increasing the financial resilience of BUMDes, so that it can help in designing more effective policies and training programs to support local economic growth at the village level.</em></p> Ida Ayu Sri Brahmayanti, Gustaf Naufan Febrianto Copyright (c) 2024 Ekspektra : Jurnal Bisnis dan Manajemen https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.unitomo.ac.id/index.php/manajemen/article/view/7339 Wed, 28 Feb 2024 00:00:00 +0700 The Effect of CSR, Brand Attitude, and Perceived Value on Purchase Intention at Uniqlo https://ejournal.unitomo.ac.id/index.php/manajemen/article/view/7093 <p><em>The number of fast fashion companies in Indonesia makes competition very tight in a business, this emphasizes the role of corporate social responsibility carried out by company owners with the aim of sustainable promotion to obtain brand attitude, perceived value, and purchase intention.
