This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, work motivation, and compensation on job satisfaction and employee performance in the Garut District Fire Department. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the purpose of verification. The research instrument was a questionnaire distributed to Garut Regency Fire Department employees. Furthermore, to analyze the data that has been collected, researchers use Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), which is a statistical analysis tool to test the influence model between predetermined variables. In the next stage, researchers analyze the collected data using tools like WarpPLS. The results showed that work competence and motivation significantly influenced employee job satisfaction. Employees with good competence and high work motivation tend to have higher levels of job satisfaction. In addition, the findings of this study revealed that employee job satisfaction significantly influences employee performance. Employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to perform better. The implication of this study is to suggest that the management governance of the Garut Regency Fire Department pays attention to developing employee competencies and motivating employees effectively to increase job satisfaction and employee performance. In the context of public services, paying attention to these factors is very important to enhance the organization's quality of service.

Analisis Efektivitas Realisasi Anggaran Dana Desa Dalam Pembangunan (Studi Kasus Desa Jati Kec.Saguling Kab. Bandung Barat)

In order to improve community welfare, the regional budget—which subsequently evolved into the Village Fund Budget in Jati Village was effectively used to realize village development. The study's focus, Jati Village in Saguling District, West Bandung Regency, West Java Province, used a Combination Method (Mix Methods) that included quantitative and qualitative techniques. Based on the study's findings, researchers came to the conclusion that the village fund budget was 99.10% effective in development, and that the realization rate was a respectable 99.37%. When a program or activity is carried out efficiently and in line with the goals established by the effectiveness of the village money allocation, positive outcomes are obtained. The community is encouraged to actively participate in development-related decision-making via the discussion process. While there are certain cases of village development that may lead to social and economic inequality between village communities that benefit from development and those that do not, the beneficial influence of development is mainly concentrated on community empowerment

Service is one form of parameter as an effort to satisfy the needs of both organizations and individuals, because basically the service provided by organizations and individuals is a picture that reflects the quality of the service itself. Public services themselves will continue to experience changes as times change by using current technology. One form is a program from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform, namely the PEKPPP program, public services also include the health sector. One of the services provided by the government in the health sector is community health centers held in each region. Puskesmas is one of the Public Service Units, which means it participates in the PEKPPP program held by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform. The location of this research is at the Tanah Kali Kedinding Community Health Center. The theory used in this research uses the policy implementation theory by George C. Edward III that policy implementation is influenced by several variables, Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The implementation of the PEKPPP program at the Tanah Kali Kedinding Community Health Center is going quite well, although it is experiencing obstacles in the form of data supporting documents that are not well organized. The 2 employees who are responsible for implementing the PEKPPP program at the Tanah Kali Kedinding Community Health Center seem to have mastered the PEKPPP program quite well, seen from their availability in providing the necessary supporting data despite difficulties due to having multifunctional tasks and the lack of clarity in the existence of a special team for the PEKPPP program at the Tanah Kali Kedinding Community Health Center

Analisis Inovasi Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket C Pada Homeschooling Primagama (Hspg) Bandung

This study discusses the Innovation of Package C Equivalency Education implemented in Homeschooling Primagama Bandung, including knowing the problems and impacts implemented from the innovation. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, by conducting field observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the study obtained are the innovations applied to Homeschooling Primagama (HSPG) Bandung including teacher innovation, curriculum or learning innovation and supporting facility innovation. Teacher innovation is by using psychological and academic approach methods, while for the curriculum or learning, it uses the national and international curriculum, the national curriculum consists of the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum with a modular system. The international curriculum applied in Homeschooling (HSPG) bBandung is by implementing the Cambridge International Examination (CIE) curriculum. For supporting facility innovation, Homeschooling Primagama (HSPG) Bandung provides talent and interest development for all students, both those who take the community, independent or individual class system. The problems faced when implementing this innovation are from Human Resources which are still limited and there are several conflicting learning schedules. The impact of the innovation that has been implemented has a significant impact on improving student development and skills, increasing lea rning independence, improving communication skills and other developments

Implementasi Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Perempuan Miskin Desa Melalui Kegiatan Simpan Pinjam Syariah di Koperasi Wanita Makmur Sejati

This research aims to describe the implementation of women's economic empowerment carried out by the Makmur Sejati Women's Cooperative, as well as the problems it faces. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and literature. The data that has been collected is analyzed interactively until completion. Data triangulation is carried out with source triangulation. The research shows that the sharia savings and loan activities carried out by the Makmur Sejati Women's Cooperative have been able to contribute well to the improvement of micro businesses undertaken by poor women in Karangjati Village, marked by an increase in income and investment as well as the quality of women's human resources. With this economic empowerment activity, women in Karangjati Village have played a role in fulfilling their family's economic welfare. On the other hand, there are obstacles faced in the empowerment process, among others: the lack of qualified human resources of the cooperative management, the existence of loan funds that are not in accordance with their uses, and the existence of members who are not smooth in making installments. The sharia savings and loan program run by the Makmur Sejati Women's Cooperative is in accordance with Islamic economic principles and DSN Fatwa No. 15/DSN-MUI/IX/2000 in terms of: calculation of mudarabah financing and calculation of the ratio distribution.

Public service is the most realistic and intensive transaction arena between the people and the government, active interaction between service providers and recipients is an important part of the process of building public participation and accountability. Public service providers must demonstrate the quality of service provided to the public, through the performance provided. The work performance shown by the village government with service motivation is to provide the best service to the community, the ability of the apparatus in fairly good service and service opportunities make it easier for village officials and the community to access types of administrative services in the village. The performance shown by the Tapenpah village government can improve the quality of public services in the village.

Membangun Kemandirian Ekonomi Lokal Masyarakat Desa melalui Pemberdayaan Usaha Bersama Komunitas (UBK)

One form of poverty reduction empowerment is in the form of community-based community businesses that are carried out by establishing Community Joint Ventures such as those carried out by the Ngale Village Government. This research aims to comprehensively analyze how the implementation of the development of local economic independence of village communities through the empowerment of Community Joint Ventures. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through interactive analysis techniques based on empowerment indicators which include: enabling, strengthening, protecting, and supporting. The results show that community empowerment through Community Joint Ventures in Ngale Village has been going on quite well, but not optimally. Enabling is quite effective because the empowerment process is done from the bottom up. Strengthening is already underway, but it is still limited to production. Protection is already in place but is less than optimal because it is only in the form of institutional legitimization and capital assistance. Only support that runs optimally because there is direct government support and participation. However, the Ngale Village Community Joint Venture has succeeded in building the economic independence of the village community when looking at the fulfillment of living needs, changes in household life, and psychological changes in family members
