The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the purpose of verification. The research instrument was a questionnaire distributed to Garut Regency Fire Department employees. Furthermore, to analyze the data that has been collected, researchers use Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), which is a statistical analysis tool to test the influence model between predetermined variables. In the next stage, researchers analyze the collected data using tools like W</em><em>arpPLS. The results showed that work competence and motivation significantly influenced employee job satisfaction. Employees with good competence and high work motivation tend to have higher levels of job satisfaction. In addition, the findings of this study revealed that employee job satisfaction significantly influences employee performance. Employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to perform better. The implication of this study is to suggest that the management governance of the Garut Regency Fire Department pays attention to developing employee competencies and motivating employees effectively to increase job satisfaction and employee performance. Bandung Barat) https://ejournal.unitomo.ac.id/index.php/negara/article/view/8332 <p><em>In order to improve community welfare, the regional budget—which subsequently evolved into the Village Fund Budget in Jati Village was effectively used to realize village development. The study's focus, Jati Village in Saguling District, West Bandung Regency, West Java Province, used a Combination Method (Mix Methods) that included quantitative and qualitative techniques. Based on the study's findings, researchers came to the conclusion that the village fund budget was 99.10% effective in development, and that the realization rate was a respectable 99.37%. When a program or activity is carried out efficiently and in line with the goals established by the effectiveness of the village money allocation, positive outcomes are obtained. The community is encouraged to actively participate in development-related decision-making via the discussion process. Public services themselves will continue to experience changes as times change by using current technology. One form is a program from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform, namely the PEKPPP program, public services also include the health sector. One of the services provided by the government in the health sector is community health centers held in each region. Puskesmas is one of the Public Service Units, which means it participates in the PEKPPP program held by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform. The location of this research is at the Tanah Kali Kedinding Community Health Center. The theory used in this research uses the policy implementation theory by George C. Edward III that policy implementation is influenced by several variables, Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The implementation of the PEKPPP program at the Tanah Kali Kedinding Community Health Center is going quite well, although it is experiencing obstacles in the form of data supporting documents that are not well organized. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, by conducting field observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the study obtained are the innovations applied to Homeschooling Primagama (HSPG) Bandung including teacher innovation, curriculum or learning innovation and supporting facility innovation. Teacher innovation is by using psychological and academic approach methods, while for the curriculum or learning, it uses the national and international curriculum, the national curriculum consists of the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum with a modular system. The international curriculum applied in Homeschooling (HSPG) bBandung is by implementing the Cambridge International Examination (CIE) curriculum. For supporting facility innovation, Homeschooling Primagama (HSPG) Bandung provides talent and interest development for all students, both those who take the community, independent or individual class system. The problems faced when implementing this innovation are from Human Resources which are still limited and there are several conflicting learning schedules. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and literature. The data that has been collected is analyzed interactively until completion. Data triangulation is carried out with source triangulation. The research shows that the sharia savings and loan activities carried out by the Makmur Sejati Women's Cooperative have been able to contribute well to the improvement of micro businesses undertaken by poor women in Karangjati Village, marked by an increase in income and investment as well as the quality of women's human resources. With this economic empowerment activity, women in Karangjati Village have played a role in fulfilling their family's economic welfare. On the other hand, there are obstacles faced in the empowerment process, among others: the lack of qualified human resources of the cooperative management, the existence of loan funds that are not in accordance with their uses, and the existence of members who are not smooth in making installments. This research aims to comprehensively analyze how the implementation of the development of local economic independence of village communities through the empowerment of Community Joint Ventures. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through interactive analysis techniques based on empowerment indicators which include: enabling, strengthening, protecting, and supporting. The results show that community empowerment through Community Joint Ventures in Ngale Village has been going on quite well, but not optimally. Enabling is quite effective because the empowerment process is done from the bottom up. Strengthening is already underway, but it is still limited to production. Protection is already in place but is less than optimal because it is only in the form of institutional legitimization and capital assistance. Only support that runs optimally because there is direct government support and participation.
