Abstract

This study aims to test analyze the factors of Self Confident and Servant Leadership through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on the performance of immigration officers at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Tanjung Perak. The analysis technique used to analyze the effect of the intervening variables is to use the path analysis method, with several tests carried out including the validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classical test which includes multicollinearity test, outlier test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test. The population in this study were 245 Immigration Officers at the TPI Tanjung Perak Immigration Office Class I, the sample size based on the Slovin formula in this study were 71 Immigration Officers at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Tanjung Perak. The results of the analysis prove that Servant Leadership has a direct positive effect on employee performance so that the second hypothesis in this study is accepted. Organizational Commitment has a direct positive effect on employee performance so that the fifth hypothesis in this study is accepted. Self Confidence has an indirect positive effect on employee performance through Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable. Servant Leadership has no indirect effect on employee performance through Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable.
