Abstract

The success of an organization is influenced by many factors, one of which is influenced by employee performance, to improve employee performance there are also several factors including work benefits, leadership style, work motivation and work environment. So the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work benefits, style leadership, work motivation and work environment on employee performance. The type of research used in this study is a survey method, namely research that takes samples from the population using a questionnaire, the sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling with a sample of 58 respondents. While the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the influence of the variable work allowance, leadership style, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the As-shiddiqiyah diyayasan in Bangkalan is significant. And also obtained the variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance is work motivation.
