PENGARUH PELATIHAN, MOTIVASI DAN TUNJANGAN KINERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVERNING (STUDI KASUS PADA PT. BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH NTT/BPD NTT)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pelatihan, motivasi, dan tunjangan kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan mempertimbangkan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Melalui pendekatan ini, penelitian berusaha memahami bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut saling berhubungan dan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari responden yang terdiri dari pegawai di berbagai tingkatan di berbagai departemen dalam perusahaan yang dipilih sebagai subjek penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS v.3.

Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, motivasi, dan tunjangan kinerja secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Selanjutnya, ditemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki peran mediasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara pelatihan, motivasi, dan tunjangan kinerja dengan kinerja pegawai. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai faktor penghubung antara faktor-faktor tersebut dan kinerja pegawai.
