About the Journal

AKIRA: Journal of Japanese Language, Culture and Literature is an online-based journal published by the Faculty of Letters, Dr. University. Soetomo in May 2023. AKIRA Journal is a double-blind review journal that aims to publish student research articles dedicated to the fields of Japanese language, culture, and literature. This journal is published twice a year, in May and November. We invite authors from other universities to submit their articles. Articles must be submitted no later than February for the May issue, and August for the November issue.
