This study aims to assess and evaluate the application of competitive, fair, and accountable principles in the Government Goods and Services Procurement Program (Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah/PBJP) in the construction sector in Kabupaten Manggarai. The methods used in this research include literature studies and distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who are goods and services providers who have been involved in government construction procurement. Data collection was conducted through a literature review to describe indicators that can be measured in assessing the performance of the application of the principles of PBJP. The results show that the application of these principles still needs to be improved to achieve provider satisfaction. This research emphasizes the importance of professional and ethical application of the principles of PBJP in national policy to support successful construction procurement.
