Blackburn’s Psychopath in Bradley Denton’s BLACKBURN

Abstrak

This study aims to elaborate Blackburn's psychopath characteristics. Using the Psychopathy Checklist (PCL) theory proposed by Dr. Robert Hareas well as close reading approach as the method, the results showed Blackburn shows characteristics of psychopathic behavior such as Glib, Grandiose, Lack of empathy, lack of remorse, manipulative and others according to Dr. Robert Hare's Psychopathy Checklist (PCL) and the childhood trauma as the cause of his psychopath behavior.
