Abstract

This study aims to determine the opinion of the influence of organizational communication patterns on the performance of employees of PT Borwita Citra Prima in Malang. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of PT Borwita Citra Prima Malang which was held on 16-19 April 2022. The total number of employees at PT Borwita Citra Prima Malang is 115 people. The sample in this study was 53 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation methods. Data processing techniques in this study were editing, coding, and tabulating. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, correlation test, determination test, normality test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the influence of organizational communication patterns on employee performance at PT Borwita Citra Prima in Malang has an effect on communicating verbally and non-verbally between employees at PT Borwita Citra Prima Malang. What is the performance of the employees of PT Borwita Citra Prima in carrying out the tasks that have been given by the company.
