Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada cv. Sevensoft multimedia surabaya


Abstract
Abstract This study aims to determine the factors that can affect employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of CV. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, F test and t test. Based on the research results it is known that compensation, teamwork, work discipline, job satisfaction, training, and career development simultaneously affect employee performance as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows a significance value less than 0.05, which is equal to 0.000. Compensation has an effect on employee performance because the significance value of the t test is less than 0.05, which is 0.002. Teamwork has an effect on employee performance because the t test significance value is smaller than 0.05, which is 0.021. Work discipline affects employee performance because the t test significance value is smaller than 0.05, which is equal to 0.000. Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance because the significance value of the t test is smaller than 0.05, which is 0.001. Training has an effect on employee performance because the t test significance value is smaller than 0.05, which is 0.032. Career development has an effect on employee performance because the significance value of the t test is less than 0.05 which is equal to 0.016.
