Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Keterikatan Kerja Pt. Jasa Marga Surabaya Mojokerto

Abstract

One of the business entities engaged in toll road services is PT. Jasa Marga Surabaya Mojokerto recently inaugurated a long line from Surabaya to Mojokerto. There are problems in the performance that is still not maximal and the discipline of employee work that is influential in supporting the success of an organization or company including the performance of employees. The research aims to test and analyze the influence of work discipline, work environment, work motivation on work attachment and employee performance at PT. Jasa Marga Surabaya Mojokerto; and to Test and analyze the effect of work attachment on employee performance at PT. Jasa Marga Surabaya Mojokerto. The approach used is quantitative method. The type of research used is causal research. The sample population is 78 employees of PT. Jasa Marga Surabaya Mojokerto.Sampling techniques used are by non probability sampling. Determination of the number of respondents (samples) is done through purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modelling analysis using Partial Least Square. The results of the analysis concluded that Work Discipline and Motivation have an influence on Work Attachment, while the Work Environment has no influence on Work Attachment; Work Discipline and Work Environment have no influence on Employee Performance, but Motivation has an influence on Employee Performance; and Work Attachment has an influence on the Performance of PT Employees.
