Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of positive and significant leadership style to the performance of employees at the special class I immigration office in Surabaya TPI, the influence of positive and significant work ethic on performance of employees at the special Class I immigration Office Surabaya TPI, the influence of positive and significant organizational culture to the employee performance at the special class I immigration office Surabaya, work ethic and culture of the Organization to the performance of employees at TPI Special class I immigration office Surabaya. The research sample consists of 71 employees of the TPI class I special Immigration office Surabaya. Data analysis is done with multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of leadership style to the employee's performance at the TPI special class I Immigration Office Surabaya, there is a positive and significant effect of work ethic on employee performance at TPI Special Class I immigration Office Surabaya, there is a positive and significant influence of organization culture to employee performance at TPI Special class I Immigration office, work ethic and organizational culture to employee performance at TPI Special class I Immigration office Surabaya.
