Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the right to service under Law no. 08 of 2016 concerning Inclusive Education at the Bhakti Wiyata Special School in Surabaya. Evaluation on research to analyze the implementation of laws on the curriculum and infrastructure facilities at the Bhakti Wiyata Extraordinary School Surabaya. This research method uses a qualitative method using observation and library data which is the result of the answers written by the researchers by the observers, which consist of the Foundation, school principals, teachers, and parents of students with special needs.

The results of the analysis of this study state that the curriculum and infrastructure implemented at the Bhakti Wiyata Extraordinary School are appropriate (in accordance) with Law no. 08 of 2016 with the need to improve existing facilities in schools, especially facilities in the field of learning, as well as adding teachers with competent fields. Because the government currently demands that teachers who teach children with special needs must be in accordance or what we usually call linear

The conclusion of this study, through evaluating the implementation of the right to service based on Law no. 08 of 2016 concerning Inclusive Education at the Wiyata Outer School in Surabaya; it can be seen the feasibility of service rights for students with special needs with a note of the addition of teachers and the feasibility of service rights for children with special needs according to their fields, with the aim of achieving learning that is in accordance with the current curriculum, because children with special needs need proper assistance. special treatment to special treatment and a conscience that is in line with the vision and mission of the Bhakti Wiyata Surabaya Extraordinary School curriculum
