Abstract

Abstract

Abstract
The highest bone density that a person can achieve is before the age of 30 or at the earliest age of puberty. Many factors can affect the quality of the bone itself, one of which is smoking behavior. he himself in some literature is believed to accelerate the onset of bone mass decline or degenerative diseases in the elderly. a buyer tends to have lower bone density and experience faster bone loss. Menopause is a woman's menstrual period ending. In some data it is said that the age of menopause is getting faster from 50 years to 45 years which is caused by many kinds of factors. Several genetic factors, number of children, age at onset of menstruation and smoking habits. Smokers experience earlier menopause due to hormonal disturbances caused by the content in cigarette smoke.
