Abstract

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang: Nyeri punggung merupakan gangguan yang umum terjadi pada kehamilan. Untuk mengatasi nyeri punggung dapat dilakukan dengan Physical Activity diantaranya senam hamil dan prenatal yoga. Latihan ini bermanfaat membentuk postur tubuh tetap tegak, meningkatkan keseimbangan serta melenturkan tonus otot. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Physical Activity Ibu Hamil Terhadap Nyeri Punggung Bawah Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III. Metode : Jenis penelitian pre experimental design dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu hamil yang kehamilannya memasuki trimester III sejumlah 30 ibu hamil. Teknik sampling diambil secara purposive sampling. Analisa data menggunakan Wilcoxon Signes Ranks Test. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon Signes Ranks Test diperoleh nilai p-value kecil dari 0,05, sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya ada pengaruh physical activity terhadap nyeri punggung bawah pada ibu hamil trimester III di PMB “R”. Hasil diatas menunjukkan bahwa dilakukan physical activity dengan melakukan senam hamil dan prenatal yoga terbukti mampu mengurangi nyeri punggung bawah pada ibu hamil trimester III. Hal tersebut terjadi karena dengan dilakukan senam hamil dan prenatal yoga maka nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil trimester III bisa di atasi dan ibu merasa nyaman. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh physical activity ibu hamil terhadap nyeri punggung bawah pada ibu hamil Trimester III.

ABSTRACT

Background: Back pain is a common issue during pregnancy. To alleviate back pain, Physical Activity can be performed, including pregnancy exercises and prenatal yoga. These exercises help maintain an upright posture, improve balance, and stretch muscle tone. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Activity on lower back pain in pregnant women during their third trimester. Methods: This research uses a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study population consists of 30 pregnant women in their third trimester. Sampling was done using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Results: Based on the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, the p-value was found to be less than 0.05, which leads to the conclusion that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning there is an effect of physical activity on lower back pain in pregnant women during their third trimester at PMB "R." The results show that physical activities such as pregnancy exercises and prenatal yoga are proven to reduce lower back pain in third-trimester pregnant women. This happens because these exercises can address back pain, making the pregnant women feel more comfortable. Conclusion: There is an effect of physical activity on lower back pain in pregnant women during the third trimester.
