IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: New Submission Requirements for Revisions
Effective March 2026, the JSK Editorial Board has implemented a new policy regarding the manuscript revision process. To ensure a thorough and transparent peer-review cycle, all authors must adhere to the following requirement:
The "Auto-Reject" PolicyAny manuscript resubmitted during the revision stage without a Rebuttal Letter uploaded to the Revision Section under the same OJS Submission Number will be automatically rejected.
The Editorial Board will no longer manually request missing rebuttal documents. It is the responsibility of the author to ensure all necessary files are present at the time of the revision upload.
Before you hit "Submit" on your revision, please ensure:
-
Same Submission Number: Do not create a "New Submission" for a revision. Use your existing OJS dashboard.
-
Revised Manuscript: Your updated file with changes clearly marked (e.g., Track Changes or highlighted text).
-
Rebuttal Letter: A detailed, point-by-point response to the reviewers' and editor's comments.
If you are unsure how to proceed, please consult our official guides below:
