The purpose of this study was to determine how the evaluation of the Social Service Development Program in Reducing Beggars in Pidie Regency. to determine what factors are obstacles to the Social Service Development Program in Reducing Beggars in Pidie Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely the results of the study are described concretely according to the events that occurred in the research object. The results of this study are that the Social Service has taken a number of actions to reduce the number of beggars in Pidie Regency. One of these actions is to work with the Civil Service Police Unit to conduct routine raids on beggars. Regional regulations (Qanun) are made by the Civil Service Police Unit. The purpose of this "Qanun" is to ensure that the Civil Service Police Unit will take firm action in combating beggars in Pidie Regency. The shortcomings of the program run by the Social Service cannot run other programs that are considered capable of reducing the number of beggars in Pidie Regency. There are still many beggars who do not get a deterrent effect from the raids that have been obtained, so this is an obstacle
