Dampak Kebijakan Pemindahan ke Rusunawa Wonorejo Terhadap Warga Tepi Sungai Jagir Wonokromo Surabaya

Abstrak

This study aims to describe the impact of the policy of relocating to Simple Rent Flats (Rusunawa) for residents on the banks of the Jagir Wonokromo River, Surabaya. This research is a qualitative research. The criteria used consist of several impacts, namely: individual (social aspects, economic aspects, psychological aspects, physical aspects), organizational, community, and institutional or social systems. The results of this study stated that the social impact, psychological impact and physical impact were good, but the economic impact was not good. Community organizations become stronger so that they are able to achieve life goals. There was a good relationship that gave birth to cooperation, helping each other and caring for each other to overcome existing problems and challenges. Residents have a social system that continues to run more productively, more positively and sustainably. This study recommends that Rusunawa Wonorejo be better equipped with facilities that can support increasing economic income, efforts are made to increase the quality and quantity of infrastructure, as well as regular monitoring and evaluation to improve the quality of service, the presence of occupants and the condition of the Rusunawa Wonorejo.
