Studi Empirik BUMN Pada PT PELINDO III Surabaya Pengaruh Intellectual Capital Terhadap Inovasi Organisasi

Abstrak

Era revolusi industri 4.0. Pada abad terakhir, para ahli semakin yakin bahwa sumber daya intelektual suatu organisasi menentukan keunggulan kompetitif suatu organisasi dalam mempercepat efektivitas kecerdasan buatan, terutama dalam memberikan layanan pelanggan terbaik berupa produk inovasi. Namun, hanya ada beberapa studi tentang hubungan antara modal intelektual dan inovasi. Berdasarkan pentingnya isu-isu tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak modal intelektual pada inovasi organisasi. Kuesioner telah dibagikan kepada 100 karyawan PT. Pelindo dari Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) Indonesia, dan 82 kuesioner yang dikembalikan bisa digunakan. Metode analisis regresi statistik digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa modal intelektual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi organisasi. Hasil pengujian selanjutnya secara parsial membuktikan bahwa modal manusia, modal organisasi, dan modal relasional berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap inovasi organisasi. Studi ini membuka beberapa jalan untuk proyek program inovasi masa depan pada organisasi di Indonesia. Signifikansi temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan implikasi praktis dari dukungan dalam roadmap penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) SDM dan inovasi selanjutnya bagi  BUMN Indonesia, khususnya di PT. Pelindo sebagai salah satu pilar penting dalam mensukseskan visi poros maritim pemerintah Indonesia. Mengingat tingginya tingkat heterogenitas sosial budaya di Indonesia, implikasi dari studi lebih lanjut penting untuk memperluas sampel karyawan ke jangkauan yang lebih besar dan lebih beragam dan memasukkan variabel independen lainnya (seperti faktor demografi, budaya organisasi, iklim organisasi, kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja atau faktor motivasi lainnya). yang dapat menyebabkan temuan penelitian dan rekomendasi yang berbeda.
