Pengaruh Kepribadian, Komitmen Organisasi, Self Efficacy Dan Locus Of Control Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Serta Dampaknya Pada Kinerja Pegawai (Studi Pada Pt. Pelindo Daya Sejahtera Area Rumah Sakit Phc Surabaya)


Abstract
Human resources are a must in an organization, because the effectiveness and success of an organization is highly dependent on the quality and performance of human resources in the organization. The achievement of organizational goals cannot be separated from the performance of human resources (employees). The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of personality, commitment, self efficacy and locus of control on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), then the influence of personality, commitment, self efficacy and locus of control on employee performance, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance. employee performance. The sample of this research is all employees of PT.Pelindo Daya Sejahtera Surabaya Area RS.PHC, with a total sample of 130 respondents. The analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS program or software. The results showed that personality has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with a T count of -0.237, organizational commitment has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with a T count of 4.244, self efficacy has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with a T count of 2.797, locus of control significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with T count of 3,436, personality has no significant effect on employee performance with T count of 0.809, organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance with T count of 0.863, self efficacy has no significant effect on employee performance with T count equal to -1,722, locus of control has a significant effect on employee performance with T count of 5,999 and organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on employee performance with T count g of 4.198.
