Pengaruh Motivasi, Remunerasi Terhadap Kinerja Prajurit Dispsial Melalui Disiplin Kerja


Abstract
The formulation of the problem in this study is whether motivation and remuneration have an effect on work discipline and performance of soldiers and which factors have the most dominant influence on the performance.This type of research is an explanatory research (explanatory research).The sample studied in this study were 98 Dispsial soldiers using the Slovin calculation.Determination of the number of respondents (sample) is done through purposive sampling technique. Collecting data in this study is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique is The Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of the analysis can be concluded that Work Motivation does not have a significant effect on Work Discipline and the soldier performance. Then remuneration has a significant effect on work discipline but does not have a significant effect on soldier performance, while work discipline has a significant effect on soldier performance.
