PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, KEPUASAN KERJA, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PT AMALA MANDIRI PERKASA DI BOJONEGORO

Abstrak

Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian ini mempunyai maksud dan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Amala Mandiri Perkasa di Bojonegoro. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 35 pegawai PT Amala Mandiri Perkasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Tranformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Implikasi manajerial penelitian ini yaitu pimpinan PT Amala Mandiri Perkasa seharusnya melakukan evaluasi serta meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dimana pimpinan seharusnya selalu memberikan perhatian pada kebutuhan bawahan, menghargai perbedaan individual, serta memberikan pelatihan dan pengarahan kepada pegawai PT Amala Mandiri Perkasa.
