Pengaruh pelatihan kerja, budaya organisasi, pengembangan karier, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai kesyahbandaran utama tanjung perak surabaya


Abstrak
The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of job training, organizational culture, career development, and compensation both simultaneously and partially on job satisfaction of employees of the Kesyahbandaran Utama Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Based on purposive sampling and slovin formula sampling techniques, a sample of 132 employees from the Tanjung Perak Kesyahbandaran Utama Surabaya was obtained. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, F test, and t test. Based on the research results it is known that job training, organizational culture, career development, and compensation simultaneously influence job satisfaction of the Tanjung Perak Main Kesyahbandaran employees in Surabaya, this is evidenced by the results of the F test which show a significance value of less than 0.05 which is equal to 0,000. Job training, organizational culture, career development, and compensation partially affect job satisfaction of the Tanjung Perak Main Kesyahbandaran Surabaya employees, this is evidenced by the results of the t test which showed the significance value of all independent variables was smaller than 0.05. This study shows that employee job satisfaction is influenced by job training, existing culture in the company, career development, and compensation.
