Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of the Consumer Protection Law on PT KAI train users at Labuan Ratu Station, Bandar Lampung, from May to June 2025. The research uses a sociological juridical approach with primary data from user interviews and secondary data from literature studies and related regulations, this research aims to evaluate the optimization of facilities and infrastructure and the implementation of minimum facilities. The results of the analysis show that consumer rights, especially in terms of comfort, security, and safety, have been realized quite well, as the dominance of respondents in the “Strongly Agree” and “Agree” categories. However, there are still some aspects that need to be improved, such as the lack of disability facilities, schedule delays, uneven distribution of information, and the presence of ticket scalpers. This indicates the need for continuous evaluation and improvement by PT KAI to ensure the fulfillment of consumer rights as a whole.
