Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Lahan Parkir Stasiun Halim Pada Infrastruktur Kereta Cepat Jakarta–Bandung

The Jakarta–Bandung High-Speed Railway (HSR) aims to improve connectivity and reduce travel time. Halim Station, a key transit hub, requires expanded parking to support growing passenger numbers, increasing capacity from 173 to 257 vehicles. This study uses NPV, BCR, IRR, PP, and Sensitivity Analysis to assess financial feasibility. With an average monthly revenue of Rp 2.27 billion, projections show a 2.91-fold increase over 24 months. Results confirm strong financial viability with an NPV of Rp 414.33 billion, IRR of 37.20%, and BCR of 4.95. However, revenue declines of over 40% threaten feasibility. Optimizing revenue and cost management through an efficient parking system is recommended to ensure sustainability.
