Pengaruh sistem kontrol, pelatihan, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang berdampak terhadap peningkatan penjualan bank jatim cabang sidoarjo


Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of control systems, training and motivation on employee performance that has an impact on increasing sales of Bank Jatim Sidoarjo Branch. The population is 65 with purposive sampling technique. Data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The data processing results obtained: (1) control system (sig. 0.002), training (sig 0,000), and motivation (sig. 0.004) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with sig. obtained <level of sig.α = 0.05. (2) the control system (sig.0,003), training (sig.0,025), motivation (sig.0,045), and employee performance (sig.0,000) have a positive and significant effect on increasing sales so that the hypothesis is accepted. The results of research indirectly namely the control system through employee performance to increase sales do not have a significant effect on the results obtained (tcount 1.54437) is smaller than the value of (ttable 1.99962). Training through employee performance on increasing sales has a significant effect obtained by (tcount 3.17200). Motivation through employee performance to increase sales has no significant effect on the results of (tcount 1.57099).
