Abstract

The success of the organization in achieving its goals and objectives is largely determined by the performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Work-family conflict and Job stress on Employee performance through Work engagement at Bhakti Dharma Husada Hospital, Surabaya. The sample in this study were employees of the Bhakti Dharma Husada Hospital in Surabaya as many as 88 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study is to use a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study uses partial least square (PLS). The results in this study can be concluded that: (1) Work-family conflict has a significant effect on Employee performance; (2) Job stress has a significant effect on Employee performance; (3) Work-family conflict has a significant effect on Work engagement; (4) Job stress has a significant effect on Work engagement; (5) Work engagement has a significant effect on Employee performance.
