The availability and need of raw water have an important role for domestic and industrial needs. The problem of safe and inadequate access to clean water in several areas is still a major challenge. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and develop the infrastructure of the drinking water supply system to ensure the water supply, namely the reservoir. To ensure that the reservoir meets safety standards and can withstand the planned load capacity, it is necessary to conduct an analysis of the reservoir structure. The analysis was carried out using a structural modeling approach using SAP2000 software equipped with repeating design calculations. The planned reservoir structure has dimensions of 11.5 x 4.5 meters with a slab thickness of 500 mm which is planned to use reinforced concrete material. Based on the results of the structural analysis, it shows that the structural elements of the base floor plate, wall plate, and cover top plate with a thickness of 500 mm can withstand working loads both dead loads, live loads, and water pressure loads. The resulting structural repetition design for the base floor slab can be used D19 – 165 mm reinforcement, the wall slab can be used D19 – 120 mm reinforcement, and the covering top plate can be used D19 – 65 mm reinforcement.
