FAQ  ini berisi Pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang sering diajukan oleh Calon Penulis kepada Pengelola Jurnal.

Tanya:  Apakah masih ada Slot atau Kuota di Jurnal ?

Jawab: Dalam publikasi Jurnal tidak dikenal dengan namanya SLOT, KUOTA. Ekspektra hanya menerima artikel yang sesuai Kriteria Penulisan Ilmiah dan Kriteria Ekspektra.

Tanya: Mohon diberi informasi lengkap jurnalnya kak?

Jawab: Berikut kami bagikan informasi lengkapnya ya kak/bapak/ibu. 
Terbit: Februari dan Agustus
Jumlah maksimal tiap terbitan 7 artikel jurnal
Bahasa Jurnal menggunakan bahasa inggris (full text
Terdapat biaya publikasi sebesar 750rb
Apabila nanti telah submit mohon untuk Bapak/Ibu/Kakak konfirmasi ke nomor WA saya untuk langsung diproses pengecekan dokumen mulai dari isi, kelayakan hingga template ke jurnal editor kami. Di mohon untuk jurnal dilakukan cek plagiasi turnitin terlebih dahulu dengan batas dibawah 20% yang kemudian diserahkan ke nomor ini. Atas perhatiannya terima kasih.
Mengenai LOA untuk saat ini akan diberikan setelah review selesai estimasi 15 Hari jika lancar. sebagai informasi jurnal yang masuk akan kami cek trlebih dahulu mengenai isi, berdasarkan template dan author guideline atau tidak, hinga kesesuaian scopenya kak. jadi seperti itu yang dapat kami sampaikan. Tanya: Apakah masih bisa Submit Artikel?

Jawab: Tidak ada batasan waktu SUBMIT artikel, sepanjang waktu penulis diperkenankan untuk SUBMIT artikel. tetapi untuk terbit harus dilakukan proses Review terlebih dahulu sesuai dengan antrian dan ketentuan.

Tanya: Scope apa saja yang dapat di terima Jurnal Ekspektra?

Jawab: Untuk scope ekspektra meliputi Manajemen, Bisnis, Keuangan, Marketing, MSDM, UMKM

 

Tanya: Apakah masih bisa Submit artikel di Bulan Februari atau Agustus untuk diterbitkan. 

Jawab: Tidak ada batasan waktu dan tidak ada DEADLINE untuk SUBMIT atau mengirimkan artikel, kapan saja diperbolehkan. Untuk terbit di periode FEBRUARI atau AGUSTUS harus melalui REVIEW terlebih dahulu dan prosesn antri panjang untuk pemeriksaan. 

 

Tanya: Apakah masih bisa Submit artikel di Bulan FEBRUARI atau AGUSTUS untuk diterbitkan. 

Jawab: Tidak ada batasan waktu dan tidak ada DEADLINE untuk SUBMIT atau mengirimkan artikel, kapan saja diperbolehkan. Untuk terbit di periode FEBRUARI atau AGUSTUS harus melalui REVIEW terlebih dahulu dan proses antri panjang untuk pemeriksaan. 

 

Tanya : Biasanya berapa lama proses review hingga diterimanya paper tersebut?

Jawab : Jika Paper sudah disubmit ke sisitem OJS Ekspektra, maka proses pemeriksaan menurut antrian yang berada di OJS. Pengelola Jurnal PASTI akan memberikan informasi melalui email penulis tentang status Paper tersebut jika sudah sampai pada antrian penulis. Karena banyaknya paper yang masuk, maka proses informasi ke penulis 1 sd sd 6 Bulan.

 

Tanya :  Bagaimana cara untuk mendapatkan Letter of Acceptance?

Jawab : caranya adalah dengan mengirimkan artikel, dan artikel sudah melalui proses Review, kemudian dinyatakan ACCEPTED oleh EDITOR. Karena ini sistemnya sudah online maka jika EDITOR sudah merubah status menjadi ACCEPTED, maka di Akun Penulis juka Sudah berubah menjadi ACCEPTED. Kemudian nantinya LoA akan diberikanoleh Pengelola Jurnal.

 

Tanya : Berapa Biaya Publikasi? 

Jawab : Biaya Publikasi silahkan cek https://ejournal.unitomo.ac.id/index.php/manajemen/fees, akan berubah menyesuaikan peringkat akreditasi, dan tingkatan jurnal Ilmiah.  

 

Tanya : Berapa lama proses Review

Jawab: Proses review kurang lebih selama 15 hari (jika lancar), jika artikel telah direview maka penulis harus secepatnya untuk memperbaiki hasil Review dari Reviewer. Apabila masih diperlukan review maka akan dibuka kan round ke dua.

 

Tanya : Apakah Artikel jika direview bisa di REJECT: 

Jawab : BISA. jika hasil perbaikan penulis tidak sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan REVIEWER maka EDITOR akan me REJECT artikel tersebut.

 

Tanya : Saya ingin mempublikasikan artikel di Jurnal Ekspektra: Manajemen dan Bisnis untuk Volume terbitan Februari / Agustus, apakah bisa? 

Jawab: Setiap Penulis boleh mengirimkan artikel kapan saja tanpa ada batasan waktu, untuk terbit pada periode Februari atau Agustus namun harus melalui Proses Review terlebih dahulu, kapan Artikal Saudara terbit, Sampai di Accpeted oleh Editor, maka akan dijadwalkan untuk terbit. Untuk penjadwalan terbit ditentukan oleh Editor.

Question:  Are there still slots or quotas in the journal?

Answer: In Journal publications it is not known as SLOT, QUOTA. Ekspektra only accepts articles that meet the Scientific Writing Criteria and the Ekspektra Criteria.

There is a publication fee of 750 thousand rupiah

When it has been submitted, please confirm to my WA number to immediately process the document checking starting from content, eligibility to template to our journal editor. Journals are requested to check Turnitin plagiarism first with a limit below 20% which is then submitted to this number. Thank you for your attention. Question: Can you still submit articles?

Answer: There is no time limit for SUBMIT articles, at all times authors are allowed to SUBMIT articles. However, to be published, a review process must be carried out first in accordance with the queue and regulations.

Question: What scopes can Jurnal Eksktra accept?

Answer: The scope of expectations includes Management, Business, Finance, Marketing, HRM, MSMEs

Question: Is it still possible to submit articles in March or October for publication.

Answer: There is no time limit and no DEADLINE to SUBMIT or submit articles, any time is allowed. To be published in the MARCH or OCTOBER period, you have to go through a REVIEW first and have a long queue process for inspection.

Question : How long does the review process usually take until the paper is received?

Answer : If the paper has been submitted to the OJS Eksspektra system, then the inspection process is according to the queue at OJS. The Journal Manager will DEFINITELY provide information via email to the author about the status of the paper when it arrives in the author's queue. Due to the large number of papers submitted, the process of information to the author takes 1 to 6 months.

 

Question :  How do I get a Letter of Acceptance?

Answer : the way is to send an article, and the article has gone through a review process, then it is declared ACCEPTED by the EDITOR. Because the system is online, if the EDITOR has changed the status to ACCEPTED, then the Author's Account has also changed to ACCEPTED. Then later the LoA will be given by the Journal Manager.

 

Question : What are the Publication Fees?

Answer : Publication Fees please check https://ejournal.unitomo.ac.id/index.php/manajemen/fees, will change according to the accreditation ranking and level of scientific journals.

Question : How long does the review process take?

Answer: The review process takes approximately 15 days (if it goes smoothly). If the article has been reviewed, the author must immediately correct the review results from the reviewer. If a review is still needed then a second round will be opened.

Question : If the article is reviewed, it can be REJECTED?

Answer : CAN BE REJECTED. If the results of the author's improvements do not match what the REVIEWER wants, the EDITOR will REJECT the article.

Question : I want to publish an article in the Eksktra Journal: Management and Business for the February / August issue, is that possible?

Answer: Every writer may submit an article at any time without any time limit, to be published in the February or August period but must go through a review process first, when your article is published, until it is approved by the editor, it will be scheduled for publication. The publication schedule is determined by the Editor.
