Implementasi Peraturan Bupati Nomor 76 Tahun 2020 Tentang SPGDT Dalam Pembentukan PSC 119 di Kabupaten Jombang

Abstract

The research uses qualitative approach, it means that the finding, the discussion, and the conclusion of the research uses word, clauses, sentence for interpreting the data. without using numerical and statistics analysis, While the research focus consists of the following statements: the first is the implementation of head district of Jombang number76, 2020 in line with the SPGDT and enforcing, effectively and efficiently for PSC, and the secondly the research also uncovers some mayor factors which influence head district policy, in line with the previous implementation. The aim and the purpose for the research are to analyze the implementation and to find out some mayor factors that influence head district policy in line with the previous implementation. the research method involves two main stages, collecting data: it involves interviewing and observing, while data analyzing consists of collecting, reducing, displaying, triangulating and concluding of the data. It be can concluded that the research of the implementation of PSGDT is comfortable to SOP and head district rules no 72, 2020. As matter affect the research also some mayor factors that influence the process off implementation there are several points, namely: standard of operational procedure, human resources, distance or location clinic, awareness of technology, and human resources development and awareness of the communities.
