Abstract
Along with technological advances that continue to move rapidly and have presented various gradual bureaucratic reforms that know no boundaries both according to place and time, as a large institution of the National Police through Bareskrim Polri several have developed an Electronic Investigation Management system (E-Management Investigation). Through this E-Investigation Management system, all investigators and assistant investigators from the central level, in this case the Criminal Investigation Unit to the Polda, Polres, and Polsek, can no longer escape the demands of an all-digital era to further improve work quality and performance through the use of information technology. . The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Electronic Investigation Management (E-MP) in the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bojonegoro Police has been running very well and has been integrated nationally. Its development continues to be carried out by Bareskrim Polri and receives very good support from investigator/assistant investigator personnel so that it becomes a system that contains a criminal case database that will facilitate the collection, processing and presentation of data quickly and accurately, as well as the realization of transparency, as well as a means of control/ control and report on the performance of investigators. Then Electronic Investigation Management (E-MP) is a manifestation of the embodiment of the 2015-2019 Phase III National Police Strategic Plan (Renstra) which is intended for investigators/assisting investigators in the investigation management system and as a criminal case database to realize transparency. This application is designed to facilitate the preparation of investigative and investigative documents and can be accessed easily anywhere and at any time by Investigative Supervisors, so that they can quickly detect problems in the implementation of investigations and their resolution, as well as a means of evaluating personnel performance.
