Promptness

Journal editors are committed to providing writers with timely reviews. If the reviewer does not send the report on time, the paper is sent immediately to other reviewers who qualify.

Confidentiality

The contents of the manuscript are treated with maximum confidentiality. This journal uses a double blind process. Except for the chief editor, editors and reviewers cannot discuss papers with others, including writers.

Standards of Objectivity

The editors and writers are asked to evaluate the problem based on the content. Comments comments must respect the author. Reviewers are asked to justify their decisions and recommendations.

Acknowledgement of Sources

The reviewer must identify the relevant published work that has not been cited by the author. Any statement that observations, derivations, or arguments have been reported before must be accompanied by relevant citations. The reviewer must also call the editor's attention to the substantial similarities or overlaps between the manuscripts being considered and any other published papers which have personal knowledge.

Disclosure and Conflict of Interest

Information or special ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal gain. Reviewers may not consider texts where they have a conflict of interest arising from competition, collaboration, or other relationships or connections with the authors, companies or institutions connected with the paper.

Duties of Authors

Authors are required to fill out, sign (stamped), and send a Statement of Originality and Ethics as an attached file at the time of submission of the manuscript. Download the Statement HERE.

Data Access and Retention

Authors can be asked to provide raw data in connection with papers for editorial review. They must be prepared to provide the data in a reasonable time.

Originality and Plagiarism

Authorship of the Paper

The appropriate author has the responsibility to keep the co-author in the review process. If accepted, all authors are required to provide a signed statement that the research work is their original research work.

Hazards and Human or Animal Subjects

If the work involves chemicals, procedures or equipment that have unusual hazards inherent in their use, the author must clearly identify this in the text.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
