Abstract

Pamekasan is a district that is currently developing, this is characterized by many large shops such as pizza hut, eiger, minisho, and gacoan noodles. This is because Pamekasan has a strategic location, where Pamekasan is located in the middle of Madura Island. The growth rate of vehicles in Pamekasan city is increasingly uncontrollable. The rapid growth of vehicles each year so that it can not keep up with the increase in road infrastructure, which causes congestion, especially at peak hours that have an impact on travel time and work effectiveness time. A signalized intersection is an intersection consisting of several arms and equipped with traffic signals (APILL). The principle of a signalized intersection is to minimize conflicts, both primary and secondary conflicts. Primary conflicts are conflicts between two intersecting traffic flows, and secondary conflicts are conflicts that occur from opposing straight or turning flows that intersect with straight flows or pedestrians crossing. Queue length is defined as the length of the queue of vehicles queuing along the approach. The average number of vehicle queues at the start of a green light signal (NQ) is calculated as the number of stalled vehicles remaining from the previous green phase (NQ1) plus the number of oncoming vehicles stalled in the queue during the red phase (NQ2). Delay is the additional travel time required to go through the intersection when compared to the path without going through the intersection. From the results of the analysis and calculation of the capacity value on Jalan Trunojoyo 1789.18 skr / hour while on Jalan Teja 52 skr / hour, from the results of the analysis and calculation of the queue length value on Jalan Trunojoyo 4.9 m while on Jalan Teja 3.4 m. The results of the analysis and calculation of the delay value on Jalan Trunojoyo 2.72 seconds / km while on Jalan Teja 24.2 seconds / km, from the results of the analysis and calculation of the degree of saturation value on Jalan Trunojoyo 0.36 while on Jalan Teja 0.36.
