The Lex Journal : Kajian Hukum dan Keadilan utilizes both the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to establish a decentralized archiving network among participating libraries. This system enables these libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for preservation and restoration purposes. All content within the CLOCKSS Archive and the Global LOCKSS Network is protected with explicit publisher authorization, either through formal agreements or online permission statements. We collaborate closely with LOCKSS network developers to ensure that the governance and legal terms are appropriate for the content, jurisdictions, rights, and access provisions involved.
