Abstrak

Community participation refers to the practice of including locals in all stages of development, from conceptualization to execution to assessment of outcomes. Government-provided initiatives benefit from community engagement in the form of participation. The goal of the Fafinesu B Village, Insana Fafinesu District, Timor Tengah Utara District home development initiative is to foster economic growth and social parity via the provision of decent, affordable housing. Therefore, it is anticipated that these issues will be resolved with the help of the community. The investigation revealed that some individuals still reside in uninhabitable homes or other housing. The research team in Fafinesu B Village, Insana Fafinesu District, Timor Tengah Utara District set out to do just that -- assess and characterize community engagement in the home development program. It was determined that residents of Fafinesu B Village, Insana Fafinesu District, North Central Timor Regency actively engaged in, and found value in, the home building program.
