Clearence is a ship licensing process carried out by shipping company agencies at each port agency. This study aims to determine the Clearance service process In and Out of domestic ships with the Inaportnet System at KSOPU Tanjung Perak, as well as to find out the obstacles and solutions when in the clearance service In and Out of ships with the Inaportnet system experiencing interference. The data collection method obtained in the preparation of this research was taken through direct observation and interviews with related parties, as well as literature studies by searching for relevant books, as a basis for analyzing and solving problems that will be put forward by researchers. From the results of the study it is concluded that the Clearance service in and out of domestic ships with the Inaportnet System at KSOPU Tanjung Perak has been implemented properly, although sometimes from a technical point of view there are obstacles but they can still be overcome properly.
